Charges apply to outside food and beverage. Please call ahead if you’re interested in bringing your own dessert or wine. There is a corkage fee of $55 per bottle. However, this excludes wines that are on our list. We do not allow outside beer or liquor. You are more than welcome to bring in outside cake or cupcakes to celebrate an event. However, we have a $8 per person cake fee and a $4 per person cupcake fee.

At Dirty Habit DC, we add an automatic 18% service charge to all guest checks, which serves as a gratuity directly supporting our service team. This automatic gratuity is complemented by an additional 4% fee in alignment with Initiative 82, together ensuring that our staff receives fair remuneration. See more details on our ABOUT page.

If you have more than 8 friends then you are fortunate indeed! Parties of 8 or larger are required to book through the events department. All reservations booked through the events department have a minimum and contract requirement. Please note 25% service charge applies to reservations serviced by our events department.

Generally, we prefer about 4-5 days’ notice to plan last-minute bookings. We recommend reaching out early in order to increase your chance of availability.

We love our groups, but can't split checks more than three (3) ways at the end of the evening.
